Cover Reveal *mature eyes only*

Title: Sexed Into Submission Author: Julie Bailes Cover Design: MGBookcovers Release Date:  August 14, 2014 Synopsis: ***Contains BDSM material. Intended for mature audience only. NOT for the easily offended.*** The daughter of a house wife whore, and a screw-all-his-clients attorney, I learned early on that trust can’t be given and love doesn’t truly exist. Sure, maybe it exists in fa irytales, but this is real life and it’s ugly. Love, lust, anger, and joy, emotions, in general, are for the weak and I don’t do them.  I’m a hell-on-heels heartbreaker who can’t be tamed, or so I thought. This dominating, possessive, and sinfully sexy piece of man storms into my life and his only mission is to break me down like a house of cards caught in the middle of a windstorm. Ryder is shaking my world, flipping it upside down, and stirring my emotions like a hurricane. I’m feeling things I’ve never felt before and doing things I normally don’t

It's not exactly a secret...

It's not exactly a secret that I suck at this whole blogging thing. But I bet that my readers would rather me spend time writing stories than random blog posts anyway so I guess I don't feel THAT bad. ;) As it is, I figured I'd pop on over here and just give a little update about what my writing "schedule" looks like for the rest of the year and into 2015 (is it blowing anyone else's mind that 2015 is right around the corner?). I use the term "schedule" very loosely because I don't necessarily have a strict one. It's more of a guideline really. :) Currently I'm writing Sea Swept . I'm pretty sure Riptide (the short story prequel) is finished (just waiting on first round edits for that one). I'm about 10K away from my typical "First Draft Word Count Goal" and only halfway through writing the actual STORY. So I think it's safe to say that Sea Swept will be longer than Lark . I'm weirdly excited about that. Nex

Gone Blog Tour

Tess Walters’ life is perfect. She has everything she’s ever wanted all wrapped up in her boyfriend Alec. But Alec has a different plan and one day, he’s gone. Tess is devastated. She doesn’t remember how to be herself and she doesn’t want to. Her family believes she needs to move on and get over him. It’s easier said than done. Tess doesn’t know where to begin because everywhere she turns, she thinks of Alec. She doesn’t think this heartbreak will ever stop. Eventually, Tess finds comfort in places she never realized she had. From there she discovers a person she never knew she could be I love how Michelle always nails the teenage voice without making her characters overly angsty or make stupid mistakes. They seem so real that you feel like you know them. Gone is a story I think everybody can relate to because I'm sure I'm not the only one who thought my high school sweetheart was THE ONE and ended up believing my life was over when the relationship ended.
