M.I.A as usual!

Hello everyone! I realize that I have been M.I.A. As most of you probably know I have been in grad school the last two years and it's been pretty time-consuming. However, there is a light at the end of the tunnel! I graduate in December and after this semester (which has been particularly challenging), it should be smooth sailing until graduation day!

I am still writing. Not nearly as often as I once did because in addition to being a mom, a teacher, and a cheer coach, I am also a student. Whenever I can squeeze it in though I am writing! I finished a chapter tonight which prompted me to realize that I haven't updated my website in I don't even know how long.

I'd say I'll try to do better but let's be honest, I've said that before!

I have two solo WIP...THESE BROKEN DREAMS and SOMEWHERE BETWEEN FALLING. Both are very different from each other so that's kind of fun. Autumn and I also have a little something in the works but her life is just as hectic as mine so we're doing the best we can!

Anyway, 8 chapters left to write until THESE BROKEN DREAMS is finished! So it might be ready by the end of the year. We shall see!

Until next time!
XOXO

Today only! 80+ giveaways for paperbacks, ebooks, and more!

Hello! Welcome to my page! I'm terrible about updating it but my goal is to do better this year so when Lizzy Ford came up with the Spring into Romance Facebook Hop I jumped right on!  What a fantastic idea, right?! Lots of new authors to meet and prizes to win!  For my giveaway, I decided to giveaway one of my books that is particularly close to my heart,   Pieces of Me Aria Watkins’s life was on the perfect path, or so she thought. She and Sean had big plans for their future together. They were going to go off to college, get married, and have 2.5 kids. But when tragedy strikes, it destroys the heart of Aria and she's afraid she'll never be the same.  Heartbroken and confused, Aria starts college a completely different person. She hardly recognizes the broken girl she's become, but she can't seem to find the strength to put back together the pieces either.  Enter Holden Whitmore.  He's charming, considerat...

The "C" Word

It's probably the scariest word out there. At least I can't really think of a single word that effects me as much as the "C" word does. Just 6 little harmless letters strung together and it leaves me completely breathless. I guess I should probably start at the very beginning. Last August I went in for my normal yearly exam. My midwife Sue asked me how I was feeling and I was literally just complaining like a little whinebag at the time. I told her I had a super bad cough that wasn't going away no matter how many different kind of over the counter cough medicine I had been taking. Nothing was working and sometimes I would wake up in the middle of the night gasping for air. She felt my throat and said I felt "knotty" so she wanted me to get some labwork done. I asked why and she seemed hesitant to tell me. I told her I was just going to go home and google it and jump to the worse-possible-scenario conclusion. So she told me that it could be just a coup...

In the Shadows (Lark #2)

I have a blurb to share with you now and hopefully a cover soon. I hope you guys are excited about this as I am! In the Shadows (Lark #2)   Mia Carrington is struggling to come to terms with the fact that she killed a man, while trying to find a balance between her role as the Princess of the Light Elves and attempting to lead the life of a normal human teenager. Too bad her dual life doesn't come with an instruction manual. Just when she thinks that fate can't throw anything else at her, the Duchess Isobel is found on the brink of death and Mia’s boyfriend Jacoby is the only suspect.   Despite the suspicion surrounding him, Mia is sure of the innocence of the boy she loves and she is determined to prove it no matter the risk. The problem is, the one thing that can save Isobel and clear Jacoby can only be found in the shadows of the Underworld.   Oh boy. You can add it on Goodreads and I'm aiming to have it released by the end of the year. ...
